Overall, the majority of respondents who operate in Europe noted that their companies have no preferred travel provider. However, 17% of respondents who operate in North America indicated the presence of a preferred hotel chain. Of executives with operations in Asia-Pacific, 18% highlighted the presence of preferred air carrier within their companies.
